Snooze Button Addict: Why I’ll Never Be a Morning Person
My Sleepy Girl Survival Plan

Hey,
Waking up early is just… not in my personality.
No matter how hard I try to be that girl who wakes up refreshed and glowing, I always end up hitting snooze at least three times 😴
Most mornings, I feel like I’m in a race against time — hair half-done, outfit not matching, and my brain still waking up while I’m already out the door. But somehow… I make it through.
Here’s what I’ve learned to actually help:
🧦 Have a go-to outfit. One you always feel cute in, even if it’s basic. It saves time and makes you feel put-together instantly.
🪞 Don’t overthink it. Some days you’re not going to feel 10/10, and that’s okay. You still look good — promise.
🥤 Hydrate first, scroll later. I used to check my phone right away, but drinking water first makes me feel less like a sleepy zombie.
📆 Keep mornings light. I don’t try to “win the day” at 7 AM. I just focus on getting out the door in one piece.
If you’re the kind of girl who sets five alarms just to maybe get up on time, same. We might not be morning people, but we’re still getting things done (eventually 😅).
